5. Leave Policy
1. Annual Leave Entitlement
Employees receive 20 working days of leave each calendar year, divided as follows:
Annual Leave

Casual Leave

2 – 3 days
Sick Leave

—(If two + consecutive days are taken, a medical certificate is mandatory.)
2. Planned-Leave Communication

3. Leave Approval Process
Submit the request via email or CRM.
Obtain approval from both HR and your Team Lead.
Unapproved leave will be recorded as unauthorized absence.
"Sandwich Leave Policy" will be applied on leave days that fall adjacent to weekends or public holidays.
4. Emergency Leave
Accepted only for sickness, accidents, or family bereavement when prior notice is impossible.
To classify it as paid sick leave, submit a medical report on return.

6. Work-from-Home (WFH) Policy
Permitted only for serious concerns.
Must be requested and approved in advance by both Team Lead and HR.
Not available to employees on probation.
7. Important Notes
Ensure all leave requests and documents (e.g., medical certificates) are submitted within the specified timelines.
Non-compliance may lead to leave rejection, workflow disruption, and inaccurate leave tracking.
6. Salary Compensation Policy
Payroll Cycle Salaries are calculated on a calendar-month basis (1st – last day of the month).
Disbursement Window Payment for the preceding calendar month will be credited to employees between the 1st and 10th of the following month.
Example Work performed in January is paid between February 1 – February 10. (Depending on remittance process from banks, we try to compensate ASAP)
