Using Big O Soft's Custom CRM for Project Management

Our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is a crucial tool for managing projects efficiently. Here’s how to navigate and utilize it:

  1. Accessing the CRM:

    • Visit Big O Soft CRM to get started.

    • Log in using the credentials provided by your team lead or HR.

  2. Understanding Your Dashboard:

    • Your dashboard provides an overview of your assigned tasks and projects.

    • You can view upcoming deadlines, project statuses, and recent updates.

  3. Working with Tickets and Tasks:

    • You’ll be assigned tickets that correspond with specific project tasks.

    • Each ticket provides details about the task, including deadlines and any relevant documents or links.

  4. Integrating with GitHub:

    • Some projects may be linked with GitHub issues for tracking and version control.

    • Ensure you understand how to sync your work between the CRM and GitHub.

  5. Collaboration and Updates:

    • Use the CRM to collaborate with team members, share updates, and track progress.

    • Regular updates on your tasks are crucial for effective team coordination.

4. Time Management and Attendance

Clocking In and Monitoring Work Hours

Our system for tracking work hours and attendance is integrated into the CRM, ensuring a streamlined process.

  1. Logging In and Clocking In:

    • Upon starting your day, log into the CRM and click the ‘Clock In’ button.

    • Screenshots showing the process will be attached for reference.

  2. Taking Breaks:

    • If you take a break longer than 5 minutes, click ‘Clock Out’.

    • Record the reason for your break, such as a lunch break.

  3. Checking Attendance Records:

    • Navigate to the ‘Team’ tab and select ‘Time Cards’ to view your attendance records.

    • This section provides a detailed view of your work hours and break times.

  4. Using Screenshot Monitor (for Remote Employees ONLY):

    • Download and install Screenshot Monitor from Screenshot Monitor.

    • Click ‘Start’ to log your time when you begin working and ‘Stop’ when you finish.

    • The program automatically collects data and pauses during inactivity.

    • Refer to the guide on How to Use Screenshot Monitor for detailed instructions.

    • Clocking in and out from the CRM will not be required when using this system.
